I.T. Technician

We are looking to expand our Technical Support Team with the position of IT Technician required to work in the North east region.

Cornerstone Business Solutions is currently seeking candidates for an IT Technician to provide IT technical support to clients of the business. Our IT Technicians are responsible for responding to requests and providing efficient and accurate solutions to their IT needs. Technicians are required to follow certain procedures and document the details of ech support request and end solutions.

They will also support new and existing Blackberry users with setup & configuration.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years experience in providing IT service in a business environment.
-Strong understanding of hardware, operating systems, client software, and client side networking.
-Knowledge in installing and supporting Microsoft Office products. Experience in building, deploying, and troubleshooting workstations. Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills. You will have experience in supporting/installing I.T. systems from leading brands such as IBM, Lenovo, Microsoft, Cisco, although ongogin training will be provided.

 This position comes with an attractive salary bonus scheme, company car or car allowance, mobile phone/blackberry and laptop will also be supplied.
 
Mon-Friday 9-5, although longer hours may be required and some weekend work for customer installations.
