We are a firm of investment analysts and tax planners.  The huge ongoing demand for our successful investment funds has meant that we had to expand into larger premises.

Some 3 weeks ago, I returned from holiday on the Monday and announced to my team that  “we are moving lock stock and barrel to new offices in two days time”.  After 20 years in the same place this was no small undertaking.

We had only recently appointed Cornerstone as our IT support and they had only just become accustomed to how we wanted our IT to operate.

When I telephoned Chris Bibby he could not have been more helpful.  He arranged for an engineer to be with us on the Tuesday, he telephoned me early Monday evening to say that the engineer’s visit was arranged but one of his staff had already confirmed this.

On Tuesday morning, 8.45 am, I had a knock on the door and the engineer was there ready to go ahead with what ever he had to do.

No trouble and extremely prompt.

On the Wednesday the move went as smoothly as expected and by close of business our computers were up and running.

Without Cornerstone’s tremendous help we could have been in grave difficulties.  Our business depends upon up to the minute computer support, in deed; we could not function without them.

Our move, at such short notice, was successful.  We took in some £400,000 of new investment that week and had it all processed, by close of business, as if the move had never happened.
